1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, cables, or accessories (if any).

  • You initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Tempered Glass / Screen Protectors

  • Opened or used Mobile Covers, Chargers, Cables, or Adapters

  • Items purchased during clearance sale or special discounts

3. Return Process

To request a return or replacement:

  2. Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back to us.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account or UPI ID.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If you received a damaged or defective product, we can replace it with the same or similar item (based on availability).
Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • If canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
